Slovene Minority Greets the Debate on the Protection Law

An umbrella organisation of the Slovene minority in Italy has greeted the beginning of the debate about the bill on the protection of the Slovene minority in Italy in the Italian Chamber of Deputies. The Council of Slovene Organisations (SSO) called on Thursday for a speedy endorsement of the bill, followed by a procedure in the Italian senate, so that the protection law could soon come into force.
