Ljubljana, 7 August - There were no major foreign affairs events this week in Slovenia. Foreign Ministry State Secretary Ernest Petric presented Slovene views on the Balkan Stability Pact after returning from the Pact's founding conference in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Prime Minister Milos Zeman, who is vacationing in Slovenia, met President Milan Kucan and ZLSD leader Borut Pahor, and the third group of Kosovo refugees in Slovenia returned to their homes in Kosovo.
