Parliament Passes Proposal of Law on Investment Funds and Management Companies

The National Assembly during Thursday's session completed the second reading of the proposed Law on Investment Funds and Management Companies, which is to define the conditions and methods of the founding and operating of these bodies. These financial institutions will be supervised by the Securities Market Agency.
