Slovene Press on Traffic Safety

Ljubljana/Maribor, 13 August - Slovene press comments Friday the emergency government session on traffic safety in Slovenia. Safety on Slovene roads deteriorated rapidly this year after some positive effects were achieved following the introduction of a strict traffic law early last year. This week alone, 80 traffic accidents occurred in Slovenia, claiming the lives of twelve persons and injuring over one hundred.
