Hungarian President's Play Performed in Ljubljana; Goencz Talks about His Work

Ljubljana, 13 August - Hungarian President Arpad Goencz, whose play "Hungarian Medea" was performed in Ljubljana on Thursday evening as part of the 47th Ljubljana Summer Festival, spoke about various productions of this play, his most widely performed play throughout the world, and touched on the position of writers, and censorship under Communism at a panel organized on Friday in the Slovene capital. Goencz said he would get down to writing again with pleasure after his presidency terminates.
