Delo: Belgrade under Siege

Belgrade and the Serbs do not show the necessary maturity to overthrow currently the greatest dictatorship in the world. The Serbs could be reproached for actually being "subject souls", which is what they reproach themselves with as well. However, it would be wrong to claim that this is only one person's fault, though his name is Slobodan Milosevic, comments Delo in its Friday issues.
