Dnevnik: Better Discipline on the Roads?

Nearly 36 percent of those polled said that the new law on road safety introduced in May 1998 changed their behaviour on the roads, while around 42 percent claimed it did not affect them at all, a survey on stricter traffic regulations in Slovenia published in Friday's Dnevnik reveal.
