Kranj Hosts This Year's Seminar on the Slovene Language and Culture

Professors from Italian schools with Slovene as the teaching language will meet at a seminar on the Slovene language and culture running from 22 to 27 August in Kranj, some 25 km north of Ljubljana. The seminar, which is traditionally held every year in different town, is intended to emphasise linguistic, cultural, historical and geographical characteristics of Slovenia, the Ministry of Education and Sport has reported.
