President Kucan on the Slovene Foreign Policy

Addressing the 6th annual conference on Slovene diplomacy, Slovene President Milan Kucan stressed the Slovene foreign policy was not shaped by the diplomacy or the foreign ministry, but by the government and the parliament. "The two institutions should address critics and controversial assessments of the Slovene foreign policy, but unfortunately the communication has not been established", President Kucan stressed at Brdo pri Kranju, 25 kilometres northwest of Ljubljana, on Monday evening.
