Maribor, 31 August - The beginning of the 1999/2000 school year seems likely to be more peaceful than a year before. Pavel Zgaga, the new minister of education, and his team succeeded despite two replacements in the leadership of the education ministry in setting the school waggon in motion. However, this can be merely an impression gained by journalists at a recent detailed presentation of the tasks to be undertaken by the ministry and its agencies in the forthcoming school year, Vecer writes on Tuesday.
