Police Used the Least Aggressive Means at their Disposal

        Ljubljana 1 September (STA) - A spokesman for the Slovene Interior Ministry completely denied the claims made by the international environmental organisation Greenpeace that the Sloven police acted "brutally" and removed its activists at Razdrto aggressively. Miran Koren told STA that the police used the least aggressive means at their disposal, but because the Greenpeace protestors resisted passively the police helped them leave the transporting vehicle loaded with a steam generator for Krsko Nuclear Plant. When the activists laid on the ground, the police took them into an intervention vehicle. No protesters were hurt in the process, Koren stressed.
