Smelt International to Start Debt Enforcement Procedure

Ljubljana, 2 September - COMPANIES/SMELT/INTERNATIONAL/DEBT/ENFORCEMENT
The Slovene company Smelt International will present a proposal to carry out the debt enforcement to the company's lawyer on Friday. The proposal will be submitted to the court next week. The future procedure depends on the court's decision, Director of Smelt International Dusan Pensa told STA on Thursday.
