SLS Leader Denies Allegations about Illegal Financial Transactions

The leader of the Slovene People's Party Marjan Podobnik has denied all allegations made against him by a former financier of the Slovene People's Party (SLS), Boza Gresovnik. "I consider her allegations an attempt of vengeance" following disciplinary proceedings started against Ms. Gresovnik in the SLS honorary arbitration court on suspicion of abuse of power, Podobnik said Sunday in a special statement for STA. Gresovnik may be expelled from the party if the SLS arbitration court finds her guilty.
