President Kucan - The Politician With The Most Positive Impact

Nearly 35 percent of those polled in a National Television opinion poll said President Milan Kucan had the most positive impact on the political scene in August. Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek, who is still recovering from a kidney operation, placed second (32.5%) and the leader of Social Democratic Party SDS) Janez Jansa third (12%), according to the poll broadcasted on Sunday evening.
