Frlec: Slovenia will not Consent to Any Threats Based on Untruths

The Austrian side was notified on Wednesday through diplomatic channels that the present tone and manner in dealing with the acute and delicate problems is entirely unsuitable for the Slovene side, Slovene Foreign Minister Boris Frlec said for the Slovene Television on Wednesday evening. Slovenia will not consent to any threats and dictates which are based on untruths, or claims that are not well formulated, said Frlec, pointing out that the present demands of the Austrian side are chiefly marked by the pre-election period in that country. According to Frlec, Slovenia wants to have a tolerant dialogue with Austria and maintain good relations with the neighbour country also in the future.
