120 Years of Delamaris

Izola, 10 September - COMPANIES/DELAMARIS/ANNIVERSARY
The Izola-based company Delamaris is celebrating an important jubilee on Friday: its first can was filled with fish in Izola 120 years ago. According to the heir of this tradition and president of the management board Vojko Maver, Delamaris today produces nearly 23 million of cans in a year. The central celebration in Izola was also attended by Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek and Vice-Premier Marjan Podobnik.
