Vecer: State Guarantees Are Not Compulsory, Says NEK Director
Maribor, 13 September - To upgrade, Krsko Nuclear Plant (NEK) obtained a loan in Germany for which it was issued a guarantee by Slovenia's state-owned bank Nova Ljubljanska banka (NLB), by which NEK did not violate the Constitution as claimed by the Greens, NEK Director Stane Rozman told Monday's Vecer.
