Tuerk Satisfied with the UN Mission's Achievement

The visit to Djakarta was a success, said Slovene Ambassador to the UN Danilo Tuerk upon the return from Indonesia, where he had travelled together with four counterparts in a bid to help settle the East Timor problem. "The Security Council mission has successfully completed its task, thus contributing a great deal to Indonesia's decision to accept an international peace-keeping force in East Timor," Tuerk said.
