Salaries of "State" Managers Harmonised

The salaries of top managers in predominantly state-owned companies (directors of companies, public companies, agencies and funds) are harmonized with the government standards which specify that the manager's salary can not exceed 90 percent of the salary of the relevant minister or with the criteria adopted in July 1998 which allows for exceptions in some cases, Deputy Prime Minister Marjan Podobnik told the press after Thursday's government session which was led by Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek.
