Podobnik Receives EU Charge d'Affaires

Ljubljana, 17 September - National Assembly Speaker Janez Podobnik met Vincent Piket, temporary charge d'affaires of the European Union to Slovenia, on Friday to discuss preparations for the 8th meeting between the leadership of the European Parliament and national parliament speakers from countries aspiring for EU membership. The meeting will be held in Ljubljana between 10 and 12 October, with Speaker Podobnik acting as the host.
