Bishop Kramberger: Slomsek's Tomb Has Become a Spiritual Centre and Focus of the Nation

"Holy Father, we thank you for all of which we have experienced with you today", Bishop of Maribor France Kramberger said, greeting Pope John Paul II at Maribor's Cathedral after the Pope said a prayer at the tomb of Slomsek. The bishop stressed that from this Sunday on, Slomsek's tomb "shall indeed be glorious, and with your visit it has become a spiritual centre and focal point not only of our Church, of the Diocese of Maribor, but of our nation".
