Slovenes from Trieste Appeal to the Council of Europe

A Trieste-based organisation of the Slovene ethnic minority in Italy has appealed to the Council of Europe because Italian authorities have refused to issue bilingual electoral documents. The organisation asks the relevant CoE body to establish whether the Framework Convention on the Protection of Ethnic Minorities has been violated.
