Delo: New Bombs, Old Mistakes

Russian generals have a very weak historical memory, Delo establishes in Friday's comment on Russian-Chechen relations. Five years ago they launched a war of genocide against Chechnya and then lost it. They have obviously learnt nothing from the experience, namely that Caucasian people cannot be subordinated by violence.
