Foreign Minister Addresses UN Security Council Session

Slovene Foreign Minister Boris Frlec addressed Friday a session of the UN Security Council which focussed on the problems posed by light weapons. He centred on three aspects of this issue, namely the surplus of light weapons and the insufficient control, light weapons trafficking and the threat the huge amounts of light weapons pose to the reconstruction in post-conflict regions.
