Exchange Offices Turned Out DM 666 Million in August

Slovene exchange offices turned over almost DM 666 million in August. The total of foreign currency sold amounted to DM 338.5 million and exceeded by DM 11 million the amount of foreign currency bought. Last August's turnover was by 3.9 percent lower than that in August 1998, according to the latest Bulletin of the Bank of Slovenia.
