Delo: Trapped

The story about the concession for the construction of the power stations on the Sava river has started eight years. Its future is uncertain if the Slovene government insists on the projects which can be economically justified, in which case those hydroelectric stations will never be built, Delo comments Thursday on the decision made by the Austrian partner in Sava, the company chosen by the government to build the plants, to wait not more than two months for the concession contract to be signed.
