Tobacna Ljubljana Increases Output by Over 15 Percent in Nine Months

A Ljubljana-based tobacco company produced record 928 million cigarettes in September, with the production in the first nine months increasing by 15.2 percent to 5.98 billion cigarettes compared to the same period last year. In the same period, Tobacna Ljubljana improved its market share in Slovenia from 77.5 percent to 78.8 percent, according to its Director General Bojan Simonic. Good business results were also recorded in Macedonia, particularly after the purchase of the company Tutunski kombinat Skopje (TKS).
