Hombach Plans a Position in The Hague for Starman

Brussels/Ljubljana, 5 November - STABILITY/BALKANS/STARMAN
Coordinator of the Stability Pact for South-East Europe, Bodo Hombach, planned a position of a close ally to the head of the working table on democratisation and human rights, Max van der Stoel, for Marko Starman, Slovenia's candidate for structures through which the Pact operates, sources in Brussels said. Former Dutch foreign minister and incumbent OSCE commissioner for ethnic minorities, Hombach has his office in The Hague.
