Rode: Synod Promises a Bright Future for the Church in Slovenia

The first synodal session of the Slovene Church that has run under the motto "Choose Life" since Thursday wound up with a holy mass at the Ljubljana Cathedral on Saturday. "It is our impression that what we have witnessed was successful and holds out a promise of a bright future for the Church in Slovenia," said Ljubljana Archbishop and Slovene Metropolitan Franc Rode.
