Slovenia Hosts Congress of the European Council of Artists

Ljubljana, 9 November - CULTURE/ECA/CONGRESS
The Alpine resort of Bled will host a four-day annual congress of the European Council of Artists (ECA), which associates national artists' organisations. Participants at the meeting, which opens on Thursday, will review and evaluate the Council's work and define its future role for the protection of intellectual property in ECA member countries, the Cultural Chamber of Slovenia reported.
