Leon Stukelj is a personality that has raised above time and place, a personality that will always remain our sports idol and a personification of the Olympic idea, a symbol of Slovene sports spirit, said Janez Kocijancic, president of the Slovene Olympic Committee, at Tuesday's Committee session mourning for the death of Leon Stukelj, the world's oldest Olympic champion.
