Maribor, 18 November - Slovenia's legal and economic experts believe a clear message should be sent to Brussels from top levels that in certain cases (for instance duty free shops, which the government has made very clear it wants to keep running until accession) the government will never yield to a policy of extortion based on one-sided and professionally questionable measures without first exploiting all means provided for such cases in the Europe Agreement, Maribor's daily Vecer writes Thursday.
