Kučan: A Constant Political Dialogue with Albania

A constant political dialogue with Albania is of the utmost importance for Slovenia particularly due to the situation in the south-eastern Europe, especially in the Balkans. In the south-west of the Balkans Albania borders on the war area as well as Slovenia borders on it in the north-west, said Slovenian President Milan Kučan for the Slovenian Press Agency (STA) prior to his visit to Albania.
