Cash and Oil for Weapons in Early 90s

Cash transaction occurred in the arms trafficking during and after the Slovene independence war, said the head of the parliamentary commission in charge of investigating the potential involvement of Slovene civil servants into arms trafficking at the time. He spoke on Thursday, a day after visiting the Slovene defence ministry, where it had access to certain documents.
