New Translations of Bataille and Amichai Published

The Slovene Student Publishing House has added two books to its collection of contemporary literature Beletrina, namely the most famous novel of the French writer Georges Bataille Blue of Noon, translated into Slovene by Jaroslav Skrusny, and a selection of poetry by Jewish contemporary poet Jehuda Amichai. The latter was translated into Slovene by Uros Zupan, who re-created the sharp and concise poems from the English publication Collected Poems and entitled the book after the Amichai's collection of poems from 1982 The Hour of Mercy.
