The two years of Slovenia's membership with the UN Security Council have been an interesting and highly useful time. As a young country, Slovenia should constantly seek for opportunities to promote itself as a mature country capable of diplomatic engagement. It is not words but actions that give credibility to any new country in the international community, Danilo Tuerk, Slovenia's ambassador to the United Nations said in an interview carried by Maribor's paper Vecer on Saturday.
