President Kucan Elaborates International Community Measures for Stable Sout-East Europe

President Milan Kucan addressed the plenary of the Monaco World Forum which deals with security and rebuilding in South-East Europe after the Yugoslav crisis. Kucan focused his speech on the measures the international community should take to achieve the goals of long-term stability and security, reconstruction and development in the region, which have been set by the Stability Pact for South-East Europe.
