The health report for milk producers which export to the EU market is without doubt a blow as some have long-term contracts with buyers in EU countries. Luckily this happened out of season, in winter time when the warehouses are mostly empty and purchase orders are down by 10 to 15 percent, said Miro Sterzaj of the milk producers association on Tuesday.
