Problems of Southeastern Europe to be on Agenda in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 25 November - The Slovene Foreign Ministry, together with the Council of Europe will host a two-day conference at which experts will discuss the societies in conflict. The conference will take place on Friday and Saturday in the lake-side resort of Bled, northwestern Slovenia. The Slovene side will be represented by Roman Kirn, a state undersecretary in the Foreign Ministry, who will speak about how to guarantee security in conflicts, and by Peter Jambrek, former president of the Slovene Constitutional Court. His paper will deal will democracy in societies in conflict.
