Port of Koper Cancels General Meeting
Koper, 27 November - PORT/KOPER/INTEREUROPA
The Port of Koper announced in daily press on Saturday it was cancelling the general meeting during which investors were to vote on the port's merger with the Koper-based transport company Intereuropa. Intereuropa's management also removed from agenda of its forthcoming general meeting the items related to the planned merger.
