Seminar on Societies in Conflict Ends at Bled

Bled, 27 November - SLOVENIA/FOREIGN/MINISTRY/SEMINAR
The seminar "Societies in Conflict - Contribution of Law and Democracy in Settling Conflicts" ended at Bled, north-west, on Saturday evening. The participants agreed that human rights in any given country are no longer an internal matter of country but an issue that concerns the entire international community. This at the same time is the reason why we can longer speak of security of states, but rather of security of the people, Roman Kirn, state undersecretary in the Foreign Ministry who spoke about human security in conflicts, told STA after the seminar.
