Slovenia Ready for Y2K
Ljubljana, 30 November - SLOVENIA/Y2K
Slovenia does not expect any major Y2K problem as the country is well prepared for the millennium bug, the head of the Government Information Technology Centre told the press on Tuesday. According to Marin Silic, there is a possibility of lesser disturbances, but these will be local and very limited as the functioning of all the major infrastructural systems has been checked several times.
