Stability Pact Conference Calls for Tolerance and Multiculturalism in SE Europe

The international conference on the constitutional arrangements to the stability of Southeastern Europe which was held in Slovenia on Monday and Tuesday stressed the importance of the respect of the intonational human rights standards, which are no longer exclusively within the domain of individual states. In addition to that, the conference urged for prompt elimination of the gap between theoretical standards and practice situation.
