Drnovsek Responds to Calls upon the Foreign Minister to Resign
Ljubljana, 2 December - DRNOVSEK/INTERVIEW
Slovene Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek responded to the call by the largest opposition party, the Social Democrats, upon Foreign Minister Boris Frlec to resign because of the statements made during his recent visit to China, which are according to SDS in contradiction with the UN Charter. In an interview for the commercial television POP TV Drnovsek expressed his believe that Frlec's statements were taken from the context. I see no need to discuss the matter in such a way, Drnovsek said.
