The situation of disabled persons in Slovenia is not what it should be, the umbrella organisation of the disabled said upon World Day of Disabled Persons, December 3. There is no integral state policy towards the disabled. Mostly, what is missing is a law on their organisations, as well as a classification of the disabled, said Boris Sustarcic, who heads the Council of the Organisations for the Disabled of Slovenia.
