Vecer: PM Drnovsek - "So that we may all rest in peace"

In an interview for Saturday's edition of the paper Vecer, Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek said 2003 remained the target year for Slovenia's accession to the EU. With regard to read meat and milk exports to the EU, he said that tensions escalated after the EU showed it was serious about respecting its standards. Commenting ongoing disputes about the agreement with the Holy See, Drnovsek said there were some who wish to blow up a problem that does not exist.
