UN General Assembly Soon to be Asked to Decide on FRY's Status
New York, 7 December - The proposal of Slovenia and two other former Yugoslav republics to pass a UN resolution regulating the succession to the former Yugoslavia in the United Nations is about to be submitted the UN General Assembly for adoption. Slovenia, Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina have so far managed to secure the support of about 80 countries, including the United States.
