Slovene Citizens Still not Requiring Visas for the U.S.
Washington, 8 December - U.S./SLOVENIA/RENO/SUKLJE
The Slovene minister of internal affairs, Borut Suklje, who is heading a delegation on a visit to the U.S. met with U.S. Attorney General Janet Reno in Washington D.C. on Wednesday. Representatives of the U.S. State Department were also present. After the meeting, Borut Suklje said: "The U.S. attorney general and I discussed the co-operation between the U.S. and Slovenia and agreed it is excellent. We also touched upon some practical issues such as passport control." He also added that Reno expressed readiness for future co-operation.
