Successful Bid by Zivila to Take over Veletrgovina Potrosnik
Naklo, 14 December - COMPANIES/TAKEOVER/ZIVILA/POTROSNIK
Slovene trading company Zivila Kranj has gained 53 percent of shares of the company Veletrgovina Potrosnik, based in Murska Sobota, northeastern Slovenia, said chairman of the Zivila board Branko Remic. Institutional owners of Veletrgovina Potrosnik, i.e authorised investment companies NFD 1, the Slovene Indemnity Fund, the Triglav Pillar I and the Pomurska Investment Corporation I, as well as the Pinus Race company decided to exchange their shares as early as the first day Zivila's offer was valid.
