Government Sets Conditions for Port of Koper-Intereuropa Merger
Ljubljana, 16 December - GOVERNMENT/INTEREUROPA/PORT/KOPER
The government on Thursday backed the merger of the Port of Koper and Intereuropa into the Global Logistics Service (GLS), but set some conditions to be met prior to the unification. The ministers drafted changes to the contract on the merger and proposals to change the rules of the newly-emerging company; besides, the ministry of transport and communications managed to produce appropriate lease contracts for the state-owned land to be used by the new company in the port of Koper.
